We’ve been working with Catch Up on a number of different data collection tools, some to help them analyse how well their training is going, and others to help schools monitor the impact of the interventions. Furthermore, we were able to integrate with both their existing school data provider, Spirit, as well as online games for literacy and numeracy, working with the third-party developers that developed them.The problem
Catch Up had an existing system in place but, in order to keep pace with the growing number of schools, teachers, resources, and service offerings, they needed to expand their IT capabilities.What we did
The benefits for Catch Up have been significant. Previously, there had been a tremendous amount of paperwork, including questionnaires and evaluations, that could hold up the administration of a training course. Now, it’s all handled online automatically, and the system automatically generates reports, so that Catch Up can spend more time on important activities, such as building awareness of their interventions.The Result
